If you go with just our property management service we can:

  • Arrange repairs & maintenance (carrying out small projects ourselves to save you costs)

  • Fully itemised inventory - Giving a clear view of the contents and condition of your property, an inventory can be an invaluable tool should you have any deposit disputes.

  • Meet and greet tenants on check in and provide them with a welcome pack.

  • Arrange EPC and advise on new regs.

  • Out of hours contact line for emergency maintenance service

  • Carry out annual gas safety inspections and check C.O. Alarm

  • Ensure compliance with changing regulation

  • Oversee all maintenance of your property and organise and take deliveries such as furniture or white household goods.

  • Bi-annual property inspections to ensure it is being well looked after

  • Organise a start/end of tenancy clean

If you use us for lettings as well we can:

  • Find a tenant

  • Collect the rent

  • Organise the rent renewals

  • Carry out credit checks

  • Collect all new tenant references

  • Organise floorplans - Showcase exactly what your property has to offer with a bespoke floorplan.

  • Register deposits - All deposits must be registered with a government-approved deposit protection scheme within 30 days of receipt. We work with DPS.
